01 // Membership Agreement
By accessing PowerPlanet, you agree to abide by all facility rules and regulations. Memberships are non-transferable and fees are non-refundable unless specified by the management under special circumstances.
Critical Rule: Access cards/IDs must be presented upon every entry. Unauthorized entry involves immediate termination of the protocol.
02 // Liability Waiver
Strength training involves inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained. PowerPlanet and its seasoned instructors are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment.
Medical Disclaimer
You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any new training regimen.
03 // Code of Conduct
Respect the iron and respect your fellow members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion:
- Harassment or aggressive behavior.
- Misuse or destruction of equipment.
- Failure to re-rack weights (Strictly Enforced).
04 // Termination of Service
PowerPlanet reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation of these terms. In the event of termination for misconduct, no refunds will be issued.
