Mandatory Operational Standards
Active Monitoring
Floor instructors are deployed 24/7 for immediate assistance.
Physical Limits
Know your operational limits. Pushing to failure is encouraged; pushing to injury is tactical negligence. Utilize spotters for all heavy compound movements.
Hygiene & Sanitation
Sweat is earned, but not shared. Mandatory wipe-downs of equipment after use. Sanitization stations are deployed in every sector of the facility.
Machine Operation
Do not modify equipment. Use safety locks and clips on all bars. If a machine malfunctions, tag it and report it to the command desk immediately.
Emergency Evac
In the event of an alarm, immediately cease activity and proceed to the designated assembly points via the neon-marked exit routes.
